Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern all transactions made on ardene.it.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or suspected fraud.

All prices are in USD. Payment must be made in full at time of order via the available payment methods. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 6-12 days worldwide. Expedited shipping is available. Free shipping on all orders. See Shipping Policy for details.

Prices do not include taxes or import duties, which may be assessed upon delivery for international orders. Customer is responsible for such charges.

You may return items within 60 days of delivery. Free returns. Refunds processed within 5-10 days of receiving return. See Refund Policy.

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@ardene.it.com. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled; you must follow return procedures.

ardene.it.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of products purchased on our site.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts.
